Product Description

60834 is the latest block modified hydrophilic silicone finishing agent.
It can be applied in the soft finishing process for various kinds of fabrics of cotton, cotton blends, synthetic fibers, viscose fibers, chemical fibers, silk and wool, etc., which makes the fabrics soft, bulky, exquisite and smooth.
 

Features & Benefits

1. Not influences hydrophilicity of cotton or cotton blends. Can improve hydrophilicity of chemical fibers.
2. Imparts fabrics superior soft, bulky and silk-like hand feeling.
3. Extremely low yellowing. Suitable for white color and light color fabrics.
4. Keeps excellent stability under different pH range and temperature.
5. Similar to self-emulsifying property, which can ensure the stability of the bath. Can absolutely solve the problem of roll banding and sticking to equipment.

Installation Instructions

1. It is recommended to use in padding process.

        Reference dosage: 10~30 g/L.
        Setting: 150~180ºC.
        Time: 50~60s.
        (For different process, please adjust dosage according to sample test result.)

     2. For unique hand feeling, it can be used together with other finishing agent.

         Please do a compatibility experiment before using.

1. Please stir it evenly before using.
2. Please do not expose it to air for long time and cover it in time after using.
3. Please store in a cool and ventilated place and avoid sun exposure.
