Product Description
23031A is a high-molecular polysulfonate compound.
It can combine and react with nylon fibers to block the terminal amino group of nylon fibers, preventing dyeing of anionic dyes.
It is suitable for cotton/ nylon fabrics dyed by direct dyes or reactive dyes, which is in order to dye cotton and leave blank space on nylon.

2. Excellent effect of preventing direct dyes or reactive dyes dyeing on nylon fabrics.
3. No obvious influence on dyeing depth or color shade of cotton fabrics.

Instruction
Reference dosage: 2~3% (o.w.f)
Process:

1. 1. 1. 1. Add 23031A and run for 10~20 minutes to pre-treat the fabric.
         2. Then process according to normal dyeing process

For specific dosage, please adjust it according to different structure and dosage of dyes.
