Product Description
44505 is mainly composed of coated anti-mosquito compound based nano microcapsule.
It can form an anti-mosquito layer on the surface of fabrics to repel mosquitoes, flies, fleas and lice, etc. rapidly.
It can be applied in the anti-mosquito finishing process for various kinds of fabrics.

1. Releases anti-mosquito component slowly. Has lasting mosquito repellant effect.
2. Safer than other anti-mosquito finishing agent that contains insecticide, as permethrin, etc.
3. No negative influence on appearance or physical index of fabrics.
4. By adding cross-linking agent, keeps excellent anti-mosquito effect after washing 10 times.

Padding process:
Reference dosage of 44505: 15~30 g/ L
Reference dosage of cross-linking agent: 0~10 g/ L
Fabrics → Dipping and padding (Pickup: 70~80%) → Drying and setting (140~170ºC)

Note:

1. Anti-mosquito effect is related to the amount of anti-mosquito finishing agent per unit area.

So generally dosage for thick and heavy fabrics is lower and dosage for thin fabrics is higher.

1. For mother and baby products, please use it with caution.
2. The dissolving barrel and dipping tank must be cleaned. In the feeding pipe orifice of dipping tank, please use a fine filter bag to filter the working solution.
3. Before mass production, please make relevant sample test to confirm all the technology indexes of final product conform to customer requirements.
