Product Description

80319 is a multiple compound emulsion by block silicone oil with linear structure and amino modified silicone oil.
It can be applied in the soft finishing process for various kinds of fabrics of cellulose fibers and their blends, as cotton, viscose fiber and cotton/polyester, etc., which makes the fabrics soft, smooth and exquisite.
It is especially suitable for knitted fabrics of cotton spandex blends.

Installation Instructions

 

   1. Padding process:

       Reference dosage: 10~30 g/L
       Setting: 150~180ºC × 50~60s
       The best pH value of working solution: 5.0~6.0. (Should be below 7.0)
 

   2. For unique hand feeling, it can be used together with other finishing agent.

       Please do a compatibility experiment before using.

1. Please stir it evenly before using.
2. Please do not expose it to air for long time and cover it in time after using.
3. Please store in a cool and ventilated place and avoid sun exposure.
