Product Description

Moisture wicking agent, high-content solid, multifunctional product, can be used for hydrophilic finishing and antistatic finishing for various kinds of fabrics, can be used as bath softener, small dosage, cost-effective.

Installation Instructions

 

       1. Kindly suggest to dilute it by rate of 1:14~1:19.

           Please stir it, and slowly add 45404 into water of room temperature according to ratio.
           Heat to 60~70ºC and stir it at low speed until it is totally dissolved (stir it for 40~60 minutes).
 

       2. For dipping process, reference dosage of 5% 45404: 1.0~4.0% (o.w.f).

           Dipping 25~50ºC×30~60 minutes → Dewater → Drying (100~130ºC) → Setting (160~190ºC)
 

       3. For padding process, reference dosage of 5% 45404: 10~50 g/L.

           Padding (Pickup: 65~75%) → Drying (100~130ºC) → Setting (160~190ºC)
 

Attention

1. Please do not expose it to air for long time and cover it in time after using.
2. Please store in a cool and ventilated place and avoid sun exposure.
