Product Description

68002 is a hydrophilic softener with high stability, which is compounded by the latest technology.
It is mainly applied for handle finishing for fabrics of natural fiber and natural fiber blends, as cotton, R/C, CVC and T/C, etc., which makes the fabrics soft, smooth, exquisite and bulky.
For its high stability, it can be used as bath softener for cotton during dyeing and soaping process.
 

Features & Benefits

1. Contains no APEO or prohibited chemical substances. Consistent with the European Union standard of Otex-100.
2. Good hydrophilicity.
3. Imparts fabrics soft, smooth, exquisite and bulky hand feeling.
4. Low shade changing and low yellowing.
5. Has good affinity for various kinds of textile.
6. Stable in high temperature, alkali and electrolyte. High shear stability. Keeps excellent stability within a wide pH range.
7. Suitable for padding and dipping process both.
8. Easy for strip softener and easy for repairing color if the finished fabric needs modify dyeing.
9. High content and easy for diluting. Can perfectly replace the traditional soft flake or softener in one-bath softening process.
10. A very small dosage can achieve excellent effects.

Installation Instructions

1. 68002 is high concentration product. Kindly suggest to dilute it with deionized water by rate of 1:9.

 

     2. Dipping process:

           Reference dosage of diluted 68002: 1.0~3.0% (o.w.f)

         Bath ratio: 1:20
         Process: 40~50ºC × 10~20 min → Dewater → Dry (100~120ºC)

     3. Padding process:

         Reference dosage of diluted 68002: 10~30 g/L
         The best pH value of working solution: 6.0~7.0
         Setting: Dipping and padding (Pickup: 70~90%) → 160~170ºC × 60~90s
         For used as bath softener, reference dosage of diluted 68002: 10~20 g/L.

1. Please stir it evenly before using.
2. Please do not expose it to air for long time and cover it in time after using.
3. Please store in a cool and ventilated place and avoid sun exposure.
