Product Description
60619 is the latest ternary copolymerization block silicone finishing agent.
It can be applied in the hydrophilic finishing process for various kinds of fabrics of cotton, Lycra, viscose fiber, chemical fiber, silk and wool, etc., which makes the fabrics stiff, elastic, smooth and dry.
It is especially suitable for cotton knitted fabrics.

- Similar to self-emulsifying property. Can ensure the stability of the emulsion under the condition of high shear and wide pH range. During use, there will be no roll banding, sticking to equipment or demulsification as traditional silicone oil.
- Extremely low yellowing. Suitable for white color and light color fabrics.
- Excellent property of phenolic yellowing resistance. Suitable for storage.
- Has a certain effect of deepening and brightening. Effectively improves dyeing depth and luster and reduces dyes.

Instruction
It is recommended to use in padding process.
Reference dosage: 10~30 g/ L.
Pre-drying: 120 ºC.
Setting: 150~180ºC.
Time: 50s.
(For different process, please adjust dosage according to sample test result.)
For unique hand feeling, it can be used together with other softener.
Please do a compatibility experiment before using.
