Production description
     Hydrophilic smooth antibacterial softener agent is a new type of block silicone quaternary ammonium softener, which can give cellulose fiber fabric excellent long-lasting antibacterial performance, hydrophilic performance and smooth and delicate hand. suitable for cellulose fiber , rayon and blended fabric hydrophilic antibacterial  finishing .

 Characteristic and advantages
1.It has excellent antibacterial effect, and the antibacterial effect meets the AAA level requirements of FZ / T 73023-2006 standard (50 times washable)
2. Has excellent deodorant effect, obvious anti-mold effect.
3. Can maintain and improve the hydrophile of the fiber fabric, the hydrophilic performance can reach 1-3s;
4. Stable performance, safe use and easy repair;
5. Give the fabric a smooth, delicate and silky feel.

Using method  
   suitable for a variety of hydrophilic soft finishing processes such as padding and dipping. The amount and process depend on the texture requirements of the processed fabric. The recommended padding process is as follows
Antibacterial softener 30-40 g/L
silicone softener 10-50 g/L
Dry cloth → One dip and one roll (rolling rate 70-80%) → Dry setting (130 ~ 170 ºC)

Notes
When using this product to process, it is necessary to make the fabric with high hydrophilicity before finishing;

Remarks 
1. Please do not expose this product to the air for a long time, and seal it in time after use;
2. With the extension of storage time, the pH value will increase slowly; the transparency and color of the appearance will change slightly;It does not mean that the product is no longer applicable, performance testing should be conducted before use to ensure its suitability.

Packaging and storage 
50KG/120KG / plastic drum (lined with plastic bag).
Sorted in cool place ,prevent exposure stable period is 6 months.
