[Product description]
Soft silicone oil SC-98193 is a modified silicone microemulsion with special structure. It can give excellent softness, smoothness and fluffiness to cotton, viscose, polyester / cotton, brocade / cotton fabrics. Sc-98193 has excellent finishing effect on all kinds of cellulose fibers and their blended fabrics.
[Product characteristics]
1. It can be used for cotton, viscose, modal fiber, cotton / nylon, cotton / polyester blends, etc., with outstanding softness, smoothness and fluffy effect.
2. It is especially suitable for handle finishing of mercerized cotton, cotton sweater, terry fabric and other thick knitted fabrics. Low dosage can achieve ideal soft, smooth and fluffy effect.
3. Low yellowing and color change.
4. Good stability; good alkali resistance, salt resistance, hard water resistance, shear resistance, safe and convenient use.
[Usage]
1. Recommended process
Padding method: the reference dosage is 30-60g / L, and the setting temperature is 150-160 ºC;
The pH value of the working solution should be kept below 7 (the best value is 5.0-6.0, which can be adjusted by glacial acetic acid);
2. It can be used with other finishing agents to obtain special handle style. Please do compatibility test before use.
[Precautions]
1. Please mix well before use.
2. Please do not expose it in the air for a long time, and cover it in time after use.
3. After the best deadline does not mean that the product is no longer applicable. Performance testing should be carried out before use to ensure that the product is no longer applicable.
[Packaging and storage]
