Product Description
45404 is mainly composed of macromolecular modified polyether.
It can change the physical properties of chemical fiber of fabrics to improve the hydrophilicity, anti-static property and easy removing dirt performance.
It can be applied in finishing process for fabrics of chemical fiber, as polyester, polyester blends, nylon and acetate fiber, etc., which imparts fabrics excellent fluffy hand feeling and hydrophilicity.

Instruction
1.Kindly suggest to dilute it to 5~6.67%.
Please stir it, and slowly add 45404 into water of room temperature according to ratio.
Heat to 60~70ºC and stir it at low speed until it is totally dissolved (stir it for 40~60 minutes).
2. For dipping process, reference dosage of 5% 45404: 1~4% (o.w.f).
Dipping 25~50ºC×30~60 minutes → Dewater → Drying (100~130ºC) → Setting (160~190ºC)
3. For padding process, reference dosage of 5% 45404: 10~50 g/ L.
Padding (Pickup: 65~75%) → Drying (100~130ºC) → Setting (160~190ºC)
Attention
1.Please do not expose it to air for long time and cover it in time after using.
2. Please store in a cool and ventilated place and avoid sun exposure.
