Brief Introduction:
This product is applicable for color fixing of reactive dyes and direct dyes. Its composition is poly-polyamine compound. It is workable with the dyes to become macromolecular compound and combined with fiber to be insolubility materials. It highly improves the dyeing effect on color fastness of cotton fibers. It is eco-friendly dyeing fixative which are of good properties.

Product Characteristics:
* Aldehyde-free, eco-friendly product.
* High improvement on the washing durability on reactive dyes and direct dyes; improving on color fastness to perspiration resistance and wet rubbing. No impact on color fastness to light.
* Improvement on color fastness to washing durability and perspiration resistance for reactive red and reactive emerald blue.
* Very tiny for discolour during color fixing; Very small change on color shade of fibers after color fixing.
* Can be used in the same bath with cationic or non-ionic softeners, enhance efficiency and save cost.
* Cannot be used in same bath with anionic softeners. If want to work with softeners, must do the relevant stability test.

Application procedure: 
Color fixing for reactive dyes, direct dyes and printing fixing on cotton & cotton blend.
 
Processing dosage:
As it is the high-concentrated product, suggest to adopt softened water for dilution before using (dilution proportion 1: 5 ~ 6)
* Padding method:  dilution liquid   10 ~ 30g/L
* Impregnation method: dilution liquid  1-3% (o.w.f) ,25-45ºC*15-20min

Storage: 
120kg plastic drum (with plastic bag lining); put in cool & ventilate place, keep away from heat and exposure; 6 months for storage period.
