Product Description
10035 is a complex of various kinds of surfactants.
It is suitable for degreasing process for knitted fabrics of nylon/ spandex and polyester/ spandex, etc.
It has high efficiency of degreasing and excellent performance of anti-staining.
It has excellent emulsifying and dispersing effect for various kinds of spinning oil.

Features & Benefits

1. Excellent effect of emulsifying, scouring, dispersing, preventing stain, degreasing and penetrating, etc.
2. Can be used for continuous open-width degreasing and scouring in acid condition. Effectively prevents white spots without polluting equipment.
3. Mild property. Removes impurities effectively without damaging fibers.
4. Excellent removing effect for silicone oil in spandex spinning oil, chemical fiber heavy oil and oil gauze.

Instruction

1. For degreasing process of open width washing machine, reference dosage: 1~2 g/ L.
2. For degreasing process of ordinary machine, reference dosage: 1~2 g/ L.

   95 ~ 98ºC×30min → Hot water washing → Cold water washing

1. For removing greasy dirt or oil gauze:

Reference dosage of 10035: 2~4 g/ L
Reference dosage for sodium carbonate: 0.5~2 g/ L.
95 ~ 98ºC×30min → Hot water washing → Cold water washing

Attention

1. Please do not expose it to air for long time and cover it in time after using.
2. Please store in a cool and ventilated place and avoid sun exposure.
