Product Description
CX-6185 is the latest silicone emulsion of ternary polymerization
It has new modified chemical structure of silicone.
It can be applied in the softening finishing process for various kinds of fabrics of synthetic fibers, as polyester, nylon and acrylic fibers, etc., which makes the fabrics soft, plump, exquisite and like cotton.

Instruction
1. It is recommended to use in padding process.
For fabrics of synthetic fibers (as polyester, nylon and acrylic fiber, etc.), reference dosage: 5~20 g/L.
The bath pH value should be below 7. (5~6 is the best. It can be adjusted by acetic acid.)
2. For dipping process, kindly suggest to dilute it to 33.33% and then use.
Reference dosage of diluted CX-6185: 2~6% (o.w.f)
(For different fibers, please adjust dosage according to actual requirements.)
3. It can be used together with other finishing agents.
Please do a compatibility experiment before using.
Attention
1. Please stir it evenly before using.
2. Please do not expose it to air for long time and cover it in time after using.
3. Please store in a cool and ventilated place and avoid sun exposure.
