Product Description

32146 is mainly composed of derivatives of aliphatic acid ester.
It can modify cellulose fibers to improve their softness in water and prevent crease or scratch.
It can be used in pretreatment process, dyeing process and soaping process, etc. to prevent dyeing defects.
It is especially suitable for cotton fabrics.
 

Features & Benefits

1. Contains no APEO or formaldehyde, etc. Fits environmental protection requirements.
2. Excellent hydrophilicity. Not influences the effect of pretreatment.
3. Has better softness in water than nonionic auxiliaries. Effectively prevents crease or scratch for 26s and 21s cotton fabrics.
4. Stable in salt and alkali. Can be directly used in pretreatment process, dyeing process and soaping process in same bath.

Installation Instructions

 

1. In bleaching process for cotton fabrics, reference dosage: 1~3% (o.w.f).
2. In dyeing process for cotton fabrics, reference dosage: 1~3% (o.w.f).
3. In soaping process for cotton fabrics, reference dosage: 1~3% (o.w.f).
