Product Description

76698 is the latest block modified hydrophilic silicone microemulsion.
It can be applied in the hydrophilic and soft finishing process for fabrics of cotton, cotton blends, synthetic fibers, viscose fiber and chemical fibers, etc., which makes fabrics soft, smooth, bulky and silk-like.
It is especially suitable for ultra soft and smooth finishing for fabrics of natural fibers, which makes the fabrics soft, smooth, exquisite and silk-like.
 

Features & Benefits

1. Contains no APEO or prohibited chemical substances. Fits environmental protection requirements. Consistent with the European Union standard of Otex-100.
2. Good hydrophilicity on cotton and cotton blends. Not influences hydrophilicity on chemical fibers.
3. Imparts fabrics soft, smooth, exquisite and silk-like hand feeling.
4. Low yellowing and low shade changing.
5. Self-emulsifying property, which can ensure the stability of the bath. Can be used together with special auxiliaries (as whitening agent and resin) in same bath.
6. Keeps high stability under different pH value and temperature.
7. Has good affinity for various kinds of textile.
8. Suitable for padding and dipping process both.
9. Easy for strip softener and easy for repairing color if the finished fabric needs modify dyeing.

Installation Instructions

1. Padding Process:

        For light and thin fabric, reference dosage: 10~20 g/L

        For heavy and thick fabric, reference dosage: 20~30 g/L
        The best pH range of working solution: 6.0~7.0
        Padding and dipping (Pickup: 70~90%) → 160~170ºC×60~90 seconds
 

     2. Dipping Process:

         Reference dosage: 1.0~3.0% (o.w.f)
         Bath ratio: 1:20
         Process: 40~50ºC×10~20 minutes → Dewater  → Drying (100~120ºC)

1. Please stir it evenly before using.
2. Please do not expose it to air for long time and cover it in time after using.
3. Please store in a cool and ventilated place and avoid sun exposure.
