Product Description

70793 is a special modified linear dimethyl siloxane copolymer emulsion.
It can be applied for finishing process for various kinds of fabrics of cotton, viscose fiber and polyester/cotton, etc., which makes the fabrics fluffy, bulky, thick, smooth, elastic and soft.
It can be also applied in the mercerized finishing process with soft and smooth handle.
 

Features & Benefits

1. Contains no APEO or prohibited chemical substances. Consistent with the European Union standard of Otex-100.
2. Imparts fabrics excellent soft, smooth, elastic, fluffy and bulky hand feeling.
3. Extremely low shade changing and extremely low yellowing.
4. High stability.
5. Has good affinity for various kinds of textile.

Installation Instructions

Padding process:
For light and thin fabric: reference dosage: 10~20 g/L
For heavy and thick fabric: reference dosage: 20~30 g/L
The best pH value of working solution: 6.0~7.0
Setting: Dipping and padding (Pickup: 70~90%) → 150~170ºC × 60~90s
