[Product description]
The main component of fluorescent acid fixing agent is aromatic sulfonic acid polycondensate. It is a kind of high efficient fixing agent specially used for dyeing and printing nylon, wool, silk and their blended fabrics with acid dyes.

1.Improve the fastness of all nylon, wool, silk and their blended fabrics after dyeing and printing with acid dyes.
2.It is mainly used for fixation of fabrics with high fastness requirements.
3.It has no effect on the color of fluorescent dyes and has little color drop during fixation;
4.It can prevent the contamination of the exposed part of nylon printing cloth.
[Reference process]
Reference amount of acid fixing agent 2 - 4%
Acetic acid 0.5-1.0% (adjust pH value of working solution 4.-5.0)
Reference process 65-85 ºC * 15-20min
Note: the cationic / nonionic leveling agent and floating color must be cleaned before fixation to avoid affecting the fixation effect.
Printing fabric should be fully washed and alkali washed before fixation, so as to avoid affecting the fixation effect of acid fixing agent.
[Packaging and storage]
50kg and 120kg plastic drums (lined with plastic bags);
It should be placed in a cool and ventilated place to prevent heating and exposure. The shelf life is 6 months.
