(For spandex)

Product Description
10027 is mainly composed of special surfactant complex.
It is applied to increase dye-uptake of spandex fiber in the dyeing process of acid dyes for fabrics of nylon/ spandex without influencing the soaping fastness, perspiration fastness, washing fastness and soaking fastness, etc.

Instruction
Reference dosage: 0.5~2% (o.w.f)
(Dosage depends on the dyeing depth.)

Method:

1. Add dyeing promoting agent 10027 into the dyeing bath and run for 15 minutes at 35~45ºC to pre-treat the fabric.
2. Then add dyes and acid leveling agent, etc. and process according to normal dyeing process.

1. Please do not expose it to air for long time and cover it in time after using.
2. Please store in a cool and ventilated place and avoid sun exposure.
