Product Description
76901 is a complex of fatty amine compound and multi-block silicone softener.
It can be applied in the finishing process for various kinds of denim fabrics, which makes the fabrics soft, smooth and fluffy.
It is especially suitable for cotton denim fabric and polyester/cotton denim fabric, which makes the fabrics soft, smooth, fluffy and high-elastic.
It also can be applied in the washing process for sweater and ready-to-wear fabric, which makes the fabrics smooth and fluffy.

Features & Benefits

1. Contains no APEO or prohibited chemical substances. Consistent with the European Union standard of Otex-100.
2. Imparts fabrics soft, smooth, fluffy hand feeling.
3. Not loses elasticity.
4. No back staining. No reversing blue color.
5. Has good affinity for various kinds of textile.
6. Suitable for padding and dipping process both.
7. A very small dosage can achieve excellent effects.

Instruction

1. Padding process:

For light and thin fabric: reference dosage: 10~20 g/L
For heavy and thick fabric: reference dosage: 20~30 g/L
The best pH value of working solution: 6.0~7.0
Setting: Dipping and padding (Pickup: 70~90%) → 160~170ºC × 60~90s
 

1. Dipping process:

Reference dosage: 1.0~2.0% (o.w.f)
Bath ratio: 1:20
Process: 40~50ºC × 10~20 min → Dewater → Dry (100~120ºC)

1. Please stir it evenly before using.
2. Please do not expose it to air for long time and cover it in time after using.
3. Please store in a cool and ventilated place and avoid sun exposure.
