The high concentration aldehyde-free fixing agent is suitable color fixing of direct dyes, active dyes. The main component is polypolyamine compound, which can form macromolecular compound with dye and combine with fiber to form insoluble matter, which improves the dyeing fastness of cotton fiber. It is an environmentally-friendly fixing agent with excellent performance.
1. Free of formaldehyde, eco-friendly.
2. Significantly improve the washability, perspiration and wet rubbing fastness of direct dyes and reactive dyes without affecting the light fastness.
3. Significantly improve the wash fastness and perspiration fastness of active dark red , lake blue.
4. Very small color change in the process of fixing.
5. It can be used in the same bath with cationic or nonionic softener to improve efficiency and save cost.
6. This product can not be used in the same bath with anionic auxiliaries. Before using the bath with the softener, you need to do the relevant stability test.
Color fixing for cotton and its blended fabrics with reactive dyes and direct dyes.
It is high concentration product, recommended to dilute by 1:3 to 1:5.
Recommended dosage: Padding method : 10 - 30g/L (the diluted solution)
Dipping method : 1 - 3% (o.w.f) ,25-45ºC*15-20min (the diluted solution)
