The fuzzing agent sd-3175 is composed of aliphatic amide compounds. It has excellent fluffy and soft handle. It is used in the fluff and soft finishing of cotton, rayon, synthetic fiber and their blended fabrics.

1. It belongs to hydrophilic fuzzing agent with antistatic function;
2. The finished fabric feels fluffy and soft;
3. The finished fabric has smooth pile surface, fine and even plush, which makes the fabric fuzzing smoothly;
4. Yellowing becomes lower and color becomes smaller, which has little effect on color fastness;
5. It has good stability and can be used in cylinder.
[Application scope]
It is used for fluffing and softening finishing of cotton, rayon, synthetic fiber and their blended fabrics.
[Reference dosage]
Reference dosage: 1-3% (o.w.f.) for immersion method
Padding method 10-30g / L
[Packaging and storage]
It is packed in 120kg plastic drum and placed in a ventilated and cool place to prevent exposure to the sun. The storage period is 6 months.
[Precautions]
The product is sensitive to low temperature or high temperature, and can not be stored at temperature < 0 ºC or > 40 ºC. Otherwise, irreversible qualitative changes may occur.
