Cotton fabric deepening and brightening silicone oil CX-Y715 is the latest product developed by our company. It is a multi-component copolymer of polysiloxane, amine and polyether. It is suitable for deepening and brightening treatment of cotton fabrics after dyeing with reactive dyes, especially for deepening of reactive black and brightening of red. Also suitable for white and light-colored fabrics, no yellowing, excellent hand feel and high cost performance.
This product is environmentally friendly, contains no banned chemicals, and complies with EU Otex-100 standards
Instructions for use
Emulsification method: CX-Y715: emulsifier = 5 ~ 3: 1. Add CX-Y715 and emulsifier to the reactor according to the ratio. After stirring and mixing, add 2% glacial acetic acid in silicone oil and slowly add water to the required concentration to obtain a transparent microemulsion.
Packaging / storage
120 kg or according to customer requirements; storage period is 12 months.
