Product Description

 

 Hydrophilic soft silicone oil

 

[Base features]  

Appearance:  colorless to yellowish transparent liquid
Ionicity:  weak cationic
pH value:  6.5 ±1.0(1%aqueous solution)
Solubility: Soluble in water at any ratio


[Production description]

 The new block-modified hydrophilic silicone finishing agent  can be applied to the soft finishing of various fabrics: cotton, blended, rayon, viscose fibers, chemical fibers, silk, wool, etc., which can give the fabric a smooth and plump , Satin-like feel style.

[Production characteristic]

1. Good hydrophilic properties on pure cotton and its blended fabric

2.  Similar to self-emulsifying characteristics, it can ensure the stability of the working fluid and completely solve the safety problems such as sticking cylinders and sticking rollers.

3. It has excellent product stability under different pH and temperature conditions.

4. Provides superior suppleness, fullness, and satin-like feel.

5. Low yellowing characteristics: suitable for white or light-colored fabrics.

 

 

[Using  method]

 1.Recommend artwork

          Padding process: dosage 30g/L ~ 80g/L, setting 150ºC ~ 180ºC, 50 seconds ~ 60 seconds.

            (The specific process can be adjusted according to the sample as appropriate)

   2. Can be used in combination with other finishing agents to obtain a special touch style. Please make        compatibility experiments before use

[Notes]

1. Please do not expose it to air for a long time, and cover it in time after use;

2. Please stir evenly before use;

3. The best cut-off date does not mean that the product is no longer applicable. Performance testing should be performed prior to use to ensure that it is

applicability.

[Packaging and storage] 

50KG / 120KGS/ plastic drum (lined with plastic bag).

Sorted in cool and ventilated place ,prevent heat  stable period is 6 months .
