Product Description

 

22100 is mainly composed of various aromatic organic acid ester compounds.

At temperature of 98~110ºC, aromatic organic acid ester compound can expand the fibers to increase the dye-uptake of disperse dyes and achieve dyeing dark color at normal pressure and low temperature.
It is suitable for low temperature dyeing process for fabrics and yarns of polyester and polyester blends which are dyed by disperse dyes.

Installation Instructions

 

    1. For medium and light color, reference dosage: 2~4 g/L.

        Adjust pH value to 4.5~5.5
        98~110ºC×45~60 min

    2. For dark color, reference dosage: 4~6 g/L.

        Adjust pH value to 4.5~5.5.
        98~110ºC×45~60 min

2. Please store in a cool and ventilated place and avoid sun exposure.
