Deodorant Finishing Agent YK-3115

Product Description
YK-3115 contains naturally extracted deodorant essences.
After fabrics processed by it, it can impart fabrics the ability of decomposing acid and alkaline substances absorbed from the environment or mixed in body sweat and the ability of inhibiting causing odor, so as to improve the wearing comfort of fabrics.
It is suitable for deodorant finishing for fabrics of cotton, Rayon, polyester, nylon and their blends, etc.

Features & Benefits

1. Has excellent decomposing and inhibiting ability for undesirable odor caused by ammonia, acetic acid and isovaleric acid, etc.
2. Contains natural plant extracts. Safe and environmentally-friendly. Has no adverse irritation to human skin.
3. Can be used together with silicone oil in same bath without influencing hand feeling of silicone oil.
4. Suitable for padding process in setting machine.

Instruction
For padding process, reference dosage: 35~70 g/L.
Padding → Drying → Setting (140~160ºC)

Note:

1. YK-3115 is nonionic. It can be used together with nonionic, cationic or anionic auxiliaries in same bath.
2. Suggestion: Liquid carrying rate>85%. It can make fabrics adsorb thorough and enough Deodorant Finishing Agent to ensure the deodorant effect.
3. Because of the difference weaving method and fiber composition, it will cause liquid carrying rate of fabrics lower than 85%, even lower than 50%. So kindly suggest to convert the actual dosage according to actual liquid carrying rate by the following formula.
