Product Description
35426 is mainly composed of ester quaternary ammonium salt compound.
It can be applied in the softening process for various kinds of fabrics of cotton, wool and blends, etc. and garment washing process, which can effectively improve their hand feeling and using performance.
It makes the fabrics hydrophilic, soft and fluffy.

Installation Instructions
35426 is high concentration product. Kindly suggest to dilute it to 5~15% and then use.
(Too high content will lead to a sharp increase in the viscosity of diluent, thus affecting its redilution performance.)
Please add softening water into the container, add 35426 into the water and then stir it at medium speed.
Heat it to 60~70ºC.
Stir it at medium speed until 35426 is completely dispersed.
Stir it at low speed until the diluent temperature is decreased to room temperature.
Filter, fill or use it directly.
For processing garment, cloth, towel and yarns, etc. as hydrophilic softener, 35426 reference dosage is as following:
- Dipping process: 3~10% (o.w.f) (Based of 10% diluent)
- Padding process: 30~100g/L (Based of 10% diluent)
For special fabrics or finishing requirement, please increase or decrease actual dosage.
Attention
- Please do not expose it to air for long time and cover it in time after using.
- Please store in a cool and ventilated place and avoid sun exposure.
