Product Description
33190 is a complex of fatty acid and organic amine compounds.
It can be applied in the softening finishing process for fabrics and yarns of cotton and cotton blends, which makes the fabrics and yarns soft and fluffy.

Features & Benefits

2. Imparts fabrics and yarns soft and fluffy hand feeling.
3. Extremely little influence on color shade of fabrics.
4. Excellent compatibility with cationic finishing agents.
5. Cannot be used together with anionic finishing agent in same bath.

Instruction

1. 33190 is high concentration product.

Kindly suggest to dilute it to 5~6.67% and then use.

1. Diluted by cold water: Stir it, and slowly add 33190 into cold water of about 30ºC, then disperse it by stirring. Settle it for 12 hours (or overnight) and then stir it at low speed until completely dissolved.
2. Diluted by hot water: Stir it, and slowly add 33190 into water of 25ºC, then heat temperature to 60~70ºC. Stir it at low speed for 40~60 minutes until completely dissolved.

 

1. For dipping process, reference dosage of 5% diluted 33190: 3~8% (o.w.f).

Bath ratio: 1:6~1:10, Dipping (25~45ºC×20min) → Dewater → Drying → Setting (150ºC×30s).
 

1. For padding process, reference dosage of 5% diluted 33190: 20~60 g/ L

Dipping and padding  → Drying → Setting (150ºC×30s)

Attention

1. Please do not expose it to air for long time and cover it in time after using.
2. Please store in a cool and ventilated place and avoid sun exposure.
