Product Description
68243 is the latest copolymer silicone finishing agent.
It can be applied in the deepening, hydrophilic finishing and softening process for various kinds of fabrics of medium and dark color, especially vulcanized black, which makes the fabrics soft, smooth, plump and elastic.

Features & Benefits

1. Excellent hydrophilicity.
2. Excellent stability for storage without delamination or oil floating.
3. Perfect applicability: Its property of nanoscale microemulsion can ensure the stability under high shear and wide pH range. During use, there will be no roll banding, sticking to equipment, oil floating or demulsification.
4. Has great deepening effect on vulcanized black color fabrics. Effectively improves dyeing depth 20~30% and reduces dyes.
5. Has 20~30% deepening and brightening effect on medium and dark color fabrics, as activated black, bright red and royalblue, etc. without negative effect on color fastness.
6. Extremely low yellowing: 5 grade of resistance to heat yellowing, 3~4 grades of resistance to storage yellowing. Suitable for light color and bleached fabrics.
7. If the fabric needs dyeing modifying or color repairing, it is easy to strip silicone.

Instruction

1. It is recommended to use in padding process.

Reference dosage: 10~30 g/ L.
The bath pH value should be under 7 (5-6 is the best).

 

1. For special requirements (as durability and washable property), please use it together with our hydrophilic agent 45502.

Reference dosage of 45502 is 20~30 g/L.

1. For special hand feeling, it can be used together with other softener.

Please do a compatibility experiment before using.
