Product Description

 

43096 is mainly composed of modified dimethylol dihydroxyethylene urea resin.
In the heat treatment process, it can crosslink to form a film on the surface of fabrics to improve the structure of fabrics, which makes the fabrics stiff.
It is suitable for anti-wrinkling finishing process for fabrics of natural fibers and their blends, which imparts fabrics excellent dimensional stability.
It is also suitable for shrinkproof finishing process for cotton knitted fabrics.

1. Good reactivity. Can crosslink to form a film by itself without using together with curing agent.

Installation Instructions

 

1.Padding - Drying - Curing process:

   Reference dosage of 43096: 100~200 g/L
   Reference dosage of curing agent: 15~30 g/L (About 15% of 43096)
   Reference dosage of softener: 0~30 g/L
   Padding → (Drying) → Curing (150~165ºC×2~3min)

2.Dipping process for garment: 
   Reference dosage of 43096: 80~120 g/L
   Reference dosage of curing agent: 12~15 g/L (About 15% of 43096)
   Reference dosage of softener: 30~50 g/L
   Reference dosage of fiber protecting agent: 30~40 g/L
   Bath ratio: 1:6~1:10
  Dipping (25ºC×20~30min) → Dewater → Drying until 90% dry → Ironing by steam iron→ Pressing by heat press → Curing (140~145ºC×8~12min)

3.Shrinkproof finishing process:
   Reference dosage of 43096: 20~30 g/L
   Reference dosage of curing agent: 3~5 g/L
   Padding → (Drying) → Curing (150~165ºC×2~3min)
