[Brief introduction]
This product consists of a variety of polycarboxylic acids and their sodium salts, does not contain phosphate, ETDA, DTPA, NTA, is a degradable green chelating dispersant for heavy ions such as calcium ions, magnesium ions, iron ions, etc. High complex stability and meet the latest environmental requirements.
[Functions]
1. Excellent chelating properties for calcium, magnesium and iron ions.
2. Good temperature resistance, alkali resistance, oxidation resistance and electrolyte resistance, good stability .
3. Applicable to various processes of textile dyeing and finishing, such as: scouring, bleaching, dyeing, printing, soaping and finishing.
4. It has good dispersing effect on dyes, can keep the dyeing liquid stable, and prevent the condensation of dyes, impurities and dirt.
5. It has a good dirt inhibition effect, which can disperse dirt and impurities and prevent it from depositing and sedimenting in equipment.
[Application range]
1. It can improve the water quality ,can be used as a softener with excellent performance when the dosage is small.
2. When used in the pretreatment process, it can effectively prevent the damage of iron ions to fibers during oxygen bleaching under various alkali concentration and high temperatureconditions, improve the strength and whiteness of the fabric, play stabilize the hydrogen-peroxide.
3. When used in the dyeing process, it helps the dye to disperse, penetrate, prevents the dye from agglomerating into color points or spots. The dyed fabric or yarn color is uniform and transparent, the color light is pure and bright, which improves the quality of the dyed product.
4. When used in the soaping process, can remove the dye floating color, prevent the dye from re-staining, and improve the color fastness of the product. It has obvious synergistic effect with other anionic and nonionic auxiliaries in the same bath.
