Product Description
71868 is a block silicone emulsion with special linear structure.
It can be applied for various kinds of fabrics of cotton, viscose fiber, modal, cotton/ nylon and cotton/ polyester, etc., which makes the fabrics soft, smooth and elastic.

Features & Benefits

1. Stable in high temperature, alkali, salt, hard water. High shear resistance.
2. Low yellowing.
3. Imparts fabrics soft, smooth, fluffy and delicate hand feeling.

Typical Properties

Appearance:	Colorless transparent to translucent liquid
Ionicity:	Weak cationic
pH value:	6.5±0.5 (1% aqueous solution)
Solubility:	Soluble in water

Instruction

1. For padding process, reference dosage: 10~30 g/L, setting: 150~180ºC, time: 50~60s.

The bath pH value should be under 7. (5-6 is the best.)

1. For unique hand feeling, it can be used together with other softener.
