Product Description
CX-122 is a multipolymer of polysiloxane, polyamine and polyether.
It can be applied in the finishing process for various kinds of fabrics, as cellulose fibers and synthetic fibers (polyester, nylon and acrylic, etc.), which makes the fabrics smooth and fluffy.

Instruction

1. Emulsification method:

Ratio: Silicone Oil CX-122: Emulsifier = 20:1~20:2
Put Silicone Oil CX-122 and Emulsifier into the reaction kettle by ratio and stir it well for 20 minutes.
Then add water slowly and stir it at high speed.
Add water in batches to needed content.
Adjust the pH value to 5~6 by a proper amount of glacial acetic acid.
The transparent microemulsion is obtained.

1. Reference dosage of diluted emulsion: 10~30 g/ L

(Specific dosage should be adjusted by the user through test.)

1. Experiment proves that Silicone Oil CX-122 is better and safer in weak acid condition (pH value 5.5~6).

1. Please do not expose it to air for long time and cover it in time after using.
