Product Description
90389 is mainly composed of modified amino silicone oil.
It has excellent softening finishing effect on fabrics of cotton, polyester/ cotton, polyester/ viscose fiber, flax, silk, modal, cotton/ nylon and cotton/ spandex, etc., which makes the fabric soft, smooth, dry, thick but not sticky.

Features & Benefits

1. Stable in alkali and electrolyte. Good mechanical stability. Can decrease pollution to dyeing machine.
2. Imparts fabrics soft, smooth, dry, plump, stiff and elastic hand feeling.
3. Improves stitchability, tensibility and resilience of fiber.
4. Extremely little influence on whiteness, color shade or color fastness.
5. Can be used together with other finishing agents, as softening tablet, etc. in same bath.

Instruction

1. Padding process:

Please dilute 90389 with soft water by rate of 1:X (X=3~9) and then use.
pH value should be below 7 (4.5-6 is the best).
Reference dosage of diluted 90389: 10~30 g/L
 

2. Dipping process:

It is for cotton/ spandex, cotton/ nylon, cotton/ polyester and other new type chemical fibers.
Please dilute 90389 and then use.
Reference dosage: 0.5~2% (o.w.f)
(Dosage is different for different fiber.)


Attention

1. Please stir it evenly before using.
2. Please do not expose it to air for long time and cover it in time after using.
3. Please store in a cool and ventilated place and avoid sun exposure.
