Product Description
76047 is the latest ternary polymerization silicone emulsion.
It has new modified chemical structure of silicone and contains double modified functional group.
It can make fabrics fluffy, silky smooth and elastic.
It is suitable for flannel, coral fleece and suede fabrics of polyester, wool/ polyester and polyester/ acrylic fiber, etc.
It is also suitable for napping fabrics of polyester/ cotton.

1. Imparts fabrics soft, smooth, plump and fluffy hand feeling.
2. Similar to self-emulsifying property. Can ensure the stability of diluted solution.
3. No yellowing and extremely low shade changing.

Instruction

1. It is recommended to use in dipping process.

Kindly suggest to dilute it by ratio of 1:X (X=3~5) and then use.
Reference dosage of diluted 76047: 2~5% (o.w.f)
(For specific dosage, please adjust it according to sample test result.)
 

1. To achieve uniform adsorption, kindly suggest to dissolve and dilute it in the auxiliary tank and then add it into the bath slowly. Generally please control the adding time within 5~10 minutes.

1. Please stir it evenly before using.
2. Please do not expose it to air for long time and cover it in time after using.
3. Please store in a cool and ventilated place and avoid sun exposure.
