Production usage
This product is mainly used for dyeing nylon/spandex blended fabric with acid dye to improve the coloring rate of spandex without affecting the wet fastness of soaping, sweat stains, water stains, blisters, etc.
Mechanism of action
     Under acidic conditions, the spandex coloring agent reacts with the ionized amide bond and other groups in the spandex to modify the spandex fiber so that the spandex fiber has amino groups, which can be ionically bonded with anionic acid dyes to achieve spandex. The purpose of dyeing.

Reference dosage
Reference dosage: 0.5-2.0% (determined dosage according to the depth of dyeing)
Usage method : first add this product directly to the dyeing bath, pre-run at 35ºC-45ºC for 15 minutes;Then add dyes, acid leveling agent, etc., and proceed according to the normal dyeing process.
Packaging and storage 
120KG/plastic bag (lined with plastic bag).
Sorted in cool ventilated place, prevent heated and exposure, stable period is 6 months.
