Product Description

60698 is the latest block modified hydrophilic silicone finishing agent.
It can be applied in the hydrophilic and soft finishing process for various kinds of fabrics of cotton, cotton blends, synthetic fiber, viscose fiber and other chemical fibers, etc., which makes the fabrics soft, bulky and silk-like.
It is especially suitable for soft and smooth finishing for natural fibers.

Features & Benefits

1. Contains no APEO or prohibited chemical substances. Consistent with the European Union standard of Otex-100.
2. Excellent hydrophilicity on cotton and cotton blends. Not influences the hydrophilicity of chemical fiber.
3. Imparts fabrics soft, smooth, exquisite and silk-like hand feeling.
4. Low shade changing and low yellowing.
5. Keeps excellent stability under different pH range and temperature.
6. Similar to self-emulsifying property, which can ensure the stability of the bath. Can absolutely solve the problem of roll banding, sticking to equipment or demulsification.
7. Has good affinity for various kinds of textile.
8. Suitable for padding process.

Installation Instructions

Padding process:
For light and thin fabric: reference dosage: 10~20 g/L
For heavy and thick fabric: reference dosage: 20~30 g/L
The best pH value of working solution: 6.0~7.0
Setting: Dipping and padding (Pickup: 70~90%) → 160~170ºC × 60~90s
