Production description
This product is a special structure of antioxidants, with excellent resistance to high temperature yellowing, no contain ADH. SD-3513 is mainly used for heat setting of nylon fiber fabric and underwear compression molding process, which can effectively prevent the occurrence of yellowing.

Characteristic and advantages
1.Excellent thermal protection for nylon fibers;
2.It can be used in the same bath as most fluorescent whitening agents and softeners, recommended to carry out relevant compatibility experiments before using the same bath.Environmentally friendly products , no contain ADH.

use method and artwork  
Dipping method:general dosage 0.5 ~ 2%(owf),PH value 5.5~6.5;80ºCdipping 20--30mins .
Padding method: dosage molding yellowing resistant  5 ~ 15 g/L,pH value5.5~6.5
Compression molding yellowing resistant  20 ~ 30 g/L,pHvalue6.5~7.5

Notes
The unsealed product should be fastened when not in use, and the lid should be tightly closed.
After the long time stored , maybe will separate out the transparent crystals, dissolved or stirred evenly on room temperature will no affect the effects.

Packaging and storage 
50KG / 120KGS/ plastic drum (lined with plastic bag).
Sorted in cool and ventilated place, prevent heat, exposure and long-term low temperature, stable period is 6 months.
