Product Description

76905 is the latest ternary polymerized block silicone microemulsion, which has new silicone chemical structure.
It can be applied in the hydrophilic finishing process for various kinds of fabrics of synthetic fibers and natural fibers, as polyester, nylon, polyester/cotton and nylon/cotton, etc., which makes fabrics hydrophilic, soft, smooth and fluffy.

1. Contains no APEO or prohibited chemical substances. Consistent with the European Union standard of Otex-100.
2. Excellent hydrophilicity. Durable and washable hydrophilicity.
3. Imparts fabrics soft, smooth and fluffy hand feeling.
4. Low shade changing and low yellowing.
5. Stable in high temperature, alkali and electrolyte. High shear stability. Safe and stable for using.

Installation Instructions

 

1. Padding process:

        Reference dosage: 10~30 g/L
        The best pH value of working solution: 6.0~7.0
        Setting: Dipping and padding (Pickup: 70~90%) → 160~170ºC × 60~90s
 

     2. Dipping process:

         Reference dosage: 1.0~3.0% (o.w.f)
         Bath ratio: 1:20
         Process: 40~50ºC × 10~20 min → Dewater → Dry (100~120ºC)

1. Please stir it evenly before using.
2. Please do not expose it to air for long time and cover it in time after using.
3. Please store in a cool and ventilated place and avoid sun exposure.
