Product Description
65123 is a special modified copolymer of polyether and dimethylsiloxane.
It can be applied in the finishing process for fabrics of cotton, polyester/cotton, acrylic/cotton and nylon, which makes the fabrics hydrophilic, soft and fluffy.
It is especially suitable for the cotton-like finishing process for nylon fine gauge pique.
It can be widely applied in the finishing process for nylon fabrics for men's wear.

Features & Benefits

1. Contains no APEO or prohibited chemical substances. Consistent with the European Union standard of Otex-100.
2. Imparts fabrics soft, elastic, fluffy and thick hand feeling.
3. Extremely low yellowing.
4. Has good affinity for various kinds of textile.

Instruction
Padding process:
For light and thin fabric: reference dosage: 10~20 g/L
For heavy and thick fabric: reference dosage: 20~30 g/L
The best pH value of working solution: 6.0~7.0
Setting: Dipping and padding (Pickup: 70~90%) → 160~170ºC × 60~90s
