[Product description]

 

The new blocked structure modified hydrophilic silicone finishing agent SC-76176 can be applied to the soft hydrophilic finishing of various fabrics: cotton, blended, man-made fiber, viscose fiber, etc., giving the fabric a soft and full hand style.

 

[Product characteristics]

 

1. It has good hydrophilicity on pure cotton and its blended fabrics.

2. Similar to self emulsifying property, it can ensure the stability of working fluid and completely solve the safety problems of cylinder sticking and roller sticking.

3. Provide superior soft and plump feel effect.

4. Low yellowing.

5. It hardly affects the color fastness of the fabric.

 

 

[Usage]

 

1. Recommended process

This product is of high concentration. It is recommended to dilute SC-76176: water = 1:2~4.

Padding method: 30 g / L ~ 80 g / L diluent, 150 ºC ~ 180 ºC, 50 seconds ~ 60 seconds.

Impregnation method: 1-3% diluent, 40 ºC for 10-20min, dehydration and drying.

2. It can be used together with other finishing agents to obtain special handle style. Please do compatibility test before use.

 

[Precautions]

 

1. Please mix well before use;

2. Please do not expose it in the air for a long time, and seal it in time after use;

[Packaging and storage]

 

50kg / drum or 120kg / drum in plastic drum (lined with plastic bags);
