Production description
Counterstain agnet is compounded by a variety of compounds with special structure. This product has excellent dispersing, emulsifying, solubilizing effect and leveling ability. It is used for fabric color modification or color modification.

Characteristic and advantages
1. Excellent dispersing, emulsifying, solubilizing and leveling ability, used for color correction and modification.
2.When the fabric is repaired or changed, add the counterstain agent and let it cool for
10 minutes, then you can dye according to the normal process.
3.Not necessary to remove silicone oil, soft oil and dye-fixing agent, save water of 3-5 cylinder and time of 2-4 hours.
4.Good compatibility can be used in the same bath as anionic, nonionic and cationic auxiliaries.
5.Eco-friendly product w/o APEO and formaldehyde.

Application
Used for fabric color modification or color change processing;
Dosage: ordinary fastness, ordinary feel fabric repair (color change, color addition): 1g/L;
High fastness, heavy softness, super refreshing touch fabric repair (color change, color addition): 2g/L;

Reference  workmanship 
Repair treatment of cotton and its blended fabrics (dyeing activity, vulcanization)
 (Whitening cloth re-boiling and adding white, noise and color correction, color change to active black, color change to sulfur black)
  
Repairing treatment of chemical fiber fabrics (acid dyeing and dispersing)

Note: For the repair of chemical fiber fabrics, the pH of the dyeing solution cannot be lower than 5.5,
Adjuvant spots less than 5.5 prone to anion and cation reaction

Remark:
Based on the differences in the color fixation, over softness and conditions of the repaired fabrics of each factory, please pay attention to the following issues when using this agent:
1. The amount of dosage can be increased or decreased according to the actual situation.
2. When dealing with the repairing cloth with high fixing agent and softening agent dosage, if there are abnormal conditions such as fixing stains or soft spots, it is recommended to drain the first tank of water and then add normal color or dye, and add 1g at the same time with 1 g /L's counterstain agent .
3. When using this product, control the pH value of the dyeing bath to be greater than 5.5, otherwise it will easily produce soft spots and auxiliary spots. (The cationic softener reacts with anions and anions such as dyes, leveling agents, dispersants, etc.)
