Product Description

45506 is an organofluorine compound.
After form a dense cross-linked film on the surface of fiber, it can lower the surface tension of fabrics, which imparts various kinds of fabrics water-proofing, oil-proofing and anti-fouling effect.

Installation Instructions

 

1. For general water-proofing finishing process, reference dosage: 10~20 g/L.
2. For durable water-proofing, oil-proofing and anti-fouling finishing process:

        Reference dosage of 45506: 30~50 g/L
        Reference dosage of cross-linking agent: 3~5 g/L

     3. Reference process:

       
         Dipping and padding for two times (Pickup: 60~70%) → Drying and setting (130~150ºC×30~60s)

1. Please do not expose it to air for long time and cover it in time after using.
2. Please store in a cool and ventilated place and avoid sun exposure.
