Brief Introduction:
This product is one blocked hydrophilic silicone softener which is applicable on the hydrophile post-processing for various fibers, such as 100% cotton, lycra, rayon and viscose fibers etc. It gives the handle style of soft, smooth to the fabrics and with good hydrophile to the fabrics, as well as good deepening & brightening to fabrics.

Product Characteristics:

1. Good hydrophile: No impact on the hydrophile of pure cotton and cotton blends. It gives good effect of hydrophile and its durability, which ensures the dressing comfort.
2. High stability: The feature of transparent liquid is the great break-through for the appearance of deepening silicone oil (milk white liquid or off-yellow liquid). There is no layer or floating oil for its excellent steady storage.
3. Great applicability: The nanometer micro-emulsion ensures the stability during high shearing with wide PH value. There is definitely no roll sticking, vat staining, oil floating and demulsification in processing with this softener.
4. Handle: Superior stiff elastic, smooth and full effect for softening.
5. Deepening: It has very obvious effect on black coloring such as reactive black and sulphur black. It improves the dyeing depth for 20% and above, which saves a lot of dyes.
6. Brightening: It has good effect on complicated colors like reactive red and reactive royal blue for showing plump and brightening on color shade.
7. Low yellowing: Heat yellowing resistance grade 5 and yellowing storage grade 4~5. It is very suitable for the hydrophilic softening of light or bleached fabrics. 

Other properties: It is simple for silicone stripping and easy for color modifying when it needs to re-dye after using this softener.

Application procedure:
Recommended processing: Dip-padding
One dip, one pad, dosage 30 ~ 80g/L, 120ºC pre-drying, setting temperature 150ºC ~ 160ºC for 50 seconds.
(The processing is varied according to the test or adjustable for special requirement.)
This softener can be used other finishing auxiliaries for it specific handle. Please do compatibility experiment in advance.

Remark:

1. Do not disclose the product in the air for long term. Close it after using.
2. After deadline of best using date, it do not mean the product cannot be used any longer. Please test its properties to ensure the applicability.

Storage: 
120kg plastic drum (with plastic bag lining); put in cool & ventilate place, keep away from heat and exposure; 6 months for storage period.
