Product Description
6928B is a hydrophilic silicone finishing agent with high stability, which is compounded by the latest technology.
It is mainly applied for fabrics of cellulose fibers, synthetic fibers and their blends, which imparts fabrics excellent stability and good compatibility.

1. Contains no APEO or prohibited chemical substances. Consistent with the European Union standard of Otex-100.
2. Excellent hydrophilicity. Instant hydrophilicity.

5. Improves anti-pilling performance.
6. The finished fabric has good dimensional stability and good elasticity.
7. Has good affinity for various kinds of textile.
8. Stable in high temperature, alkali, electrolyte and anion. High shear resistance. Can be used together with resin in same bath.
9. Suitable for padding and dipping process both.
10. A very small dosage can achieve excellent effects.

Instruction

It is a high concentration product, it is recommended to use after fully diluted with deionized water.
 

1. Dipping process:

Reference dosage: 0.5~1.0% (o.w.f)
Bath ratio: 1:20
Process: 40~50ºC × 10~20 min → Dewater → Dry (100~120ºC)
 

1. Padding process:

Reference dosage: 5~10 g/L
Setting: Dipping and padding (Pickup: 70~90%) → 160~170ºC × 60~90s
For used as anti-static finishing agent, reference dosage: 10~20 g/L.

1. Please stir it evenly before using.
2. Please do not expose it to air for long time and cover it in time after using.
3. Please store in a cool and ventilated place and avoid sun exposure.
