Product Description
ST805 is Nano-fragrance microcapsule made of natural plant extracts by special processing.
It can release fragrance slowly.
It is suitable for perfume finishing for fabrics of various kinds of fibers, as cotton, polyester, nylon and their blends, etc.

6. Can be used together with silicone oil in same bath without influencing hand feeling of silicone oil.

Reference dosage: 5~30 g/ L
Padding → Drying (80~140ºC)
Note:
1. Please determine the appropriate dosage according to actual requirements of fragrance and washablility.
2. Low temperature setting is helpful to keep fragrance and washablility. Kindly suggest the best setting temperature is 80~105ºC.
3. High temperature setting will reduce the perfume effect. It can make up for part of the loss caused by high temperature setting by increasing the dosage of ST805.
4. Suggestion: Liquid carrying rate>85%. It can make fabrics adsorb thorough and enough fragrance to ensure the perfume effect.
5. Because of the difference weaving method and fiber composition, it will cause liquid carrying rate of fabrics lower than 85%, even lower than 50%. So kindly suggest to convert the actual dosage according to actual liquid carrying rate by the following formula.
