Product Description

11910 is mainly composed of complexes of ethoxy derivatives and organic solvents.
It is suitable for degreasing process for fabrics of polyester, nylon and their blends, etc.
The lipophilic group can pull off the greasy dirt from fabrics by the surfactants and then the greasy dirt is emulsified and dispersed in water, which can achieve the purpose of removing grease.
It has excellent ability of dissolving, emulsifying and dispersing for various textile spinning oil, greasy dirt and grease, etc.
 

Features & Benefits

1. Biodegradable. Contains no APEO or formaldehyde, etc. Fits environmental protection requirements.
2. Has good removing effect on white mineral oil, chemical fiber oil agent and oil gauze in the polyester and nylon spinning oil.
3. Excellent performance of emulsifying, degreasing, dispersing, washing, wetting and penetrating.
4. Can be used at various temperatures. Temperature can be reasonably selected according to different fabrics and processes.

Installation Instructions

Degreasing for fabrics of chemical fiber:
Reference dosage of 11910: 1~2 g/L.
Reference dosage of sodium carbonate: 0~1 g/L
95~98ºC×30min → Water washing and neutralizing
