Application
Fragrance micro capsule finishing agent are suitable for the fragrance finishing of cotton, polyester and nylon fabrics.

6. Can work with silicone softener in the same bath, without affecting the handle of silicone softener.

Reference dosage: 5 ~ 30g/L
Work process: Padding method
Fragrance micro capsule finishing agent 5 ~ 30g/L
Dip-padding →100 ~ 160ºC drying
Packaging and storage
25KG/plastic drum (lined with plastic bag). Cold storage place , stable period is 6 months.
Remark
1. The proper dosage varied according the requirement of fragrance and durability.
2. If for high temperature setting, it will lower the effect of fragrance, must increase the dosage of fragrance micro capsule finishing agent to supplement.
3. Suggestion: fabric liquid entrainment rate >85%, it will make fabric absorbed with fragrance scent sufficiently to ensure its fragrant effect.
4. Owing to the difference between fabric structure and fiber composition, it will cause fabric liquid entrainment rate <85% or even <50%. Suggest to adopt the converted dosage as follows:
Actual dosage = Suggested liquid entrainment rate 85% divide Actual liquid entrainment rate multiply Suggested dosage.
