Product Description
11041 is a complex of various kindly of surfactants.
It can be applied in the pretreatment process of open-width machine for knitted fabrics, which can remove various kinds of oil stain and dirt, etc.
It has excellent treating effect for various kinds of impurities, as greasy dirt, pectin and cotton wax, etc.
It has excellent scouring effect in steaming bleaching process.

Instruction
Pretreatment process for demineralization of open width machine:
Reference dosage of 11041: 1~2 g/ L
Reference dosage of demineralization stabilizer: 2~3 g/ L

Steaming bleaching process:
Reference dosage of 11041: 3~4 g/ L
Reference dosage of demineralization stabilizer: 2~5 g/ L (1/2 of Caustic soda)
Reference dosage of 27.5% hydrogen peroxide: 20~40 g/ L
Reference dosage of 100% caustic soda: 3~10 g/ L
Steaming processing for 5~10 minutes at temperature of 95~98ºC
