Production description
The new block-modified hydrophilic silicone finishing agent 90698 can be applied to the hydrophilic finishing of various fabrics: cotton, blended, rayon, viscose, chemical fiber, silk, wool, et. which can impart fabric soft,fluffy , plump, silky hand-feeling style.
Production characteristic
1. No affect the hydrophilic properties of pure cotton and its blended fabric itself, and can improve the hydrophilicity of chemical fiber fabrics.
2. It is similar to the self-emulsifying property, which can ensure the stability of the working fluid and completely solve the safety problems such as sticking cylinder and sticky roller.
3. Excellent product stability at different pH and temperature conditions.
4. Provides superior soft,fluffy , plump, silky hand-feeling
5. Low yellowing properties: Suitable for white or light color fabrics.
Using method
1.Recommend artwork
Padding process :recommend dosage 30 ~80g/L,setting temperature 150ºC ~ 180ºC,50-60 seconds .(The specific process can be adjusted according to the test sample)
2. Can be used with other finishing agents to achieve a special feel style, please do compatibility experiments before use.
