Product Description
AX08060 is amino-polysiloxane.
It can be applied in the finishing process for fabrics of cotton, etc., which makes the fabrics soft and smooth.

Instruction

1. Emulsification method:

Ratio: Amino Silicone Oil AX08060: Emulsifier = 2:1~3:1
Put Amino Silicone Oil AX08060 and Emulsifier into the reaction kettle by ratio and stir it fully and evenly.
Add water evenly five times. Stir it fully and evenly each time after adding water.
Add water to dilute it to required content.
Adjust the pH value to 5~6 by a proper amount of acetic acid.
The transparent microemulsion is obtained.

1. Reference dosage of prepared emulsion: 10~30 g/L.

(For specific dosage, please adjust it according to sample test result.)
Experiment proves that this product is better and safer in weak acid condition (pH value 5~6).
